Switched broadbad ro Sky - still being charged by vodafone
Hi
Switched to Sky broadband from Vodafone back in March. Just got quarterly bank statement from bank and Vodafone are still charging us. The day it switched Vodafone broadband was gone as I had to hotshot off my phone for work as we didn't receive the sky box until the next day. Anyone know if this is a sky or Vodafone issue?

I would suspect you need to contact both parties. Ask Sky if the switch has been done properly & Ask Vodafone why you are still being charged.
