Switch to another provider

Hello all

  am using sky ultrafast alsong with TV and line (combo pack),   Internet is not stable at night so i would like to change to another provider.  Subscribed sky on 2021 july and contract not ended.  I think 5 months remaining, so is it possible to switch to another provider and how much i need to pay for early termination.

@Sam017372  If you connection is unstable moving provider may simply just  move the fault.

 

Have you contacted Sky about the disconnections? If not they would be unaware of any issues.

 

As you are in a minimum term you will no doubt need to pet the remaining months.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Early termination charge is your monthly cost x the number of months remaining.
