Switch off 5ghz temporarily

I have unsynchronised and renamed the 2.4 and 5ghz channels, but I need to temporarily switch off 5ghz for the smartplugs setup.

How do I do this please?

In the router settings under 5ghz you can untick the 'Enable AP' option or something along those lines

Thanks for the reply. I gave up and bought 5ghz smartplugs and cameras instead. 

All good now.
