Suspicious ports open on sky hub

Hi all,

I have noticed recently that when navigating to sites whilst on wifi, the sites warn of suspicious traffic on the network. This led me to check any services open on our household computers and the router which, when checking the router, I found ports 4444/rtsp and 5678 ssl/rtsp. I know these services, Real Time Steaming Protocol, have no reason to be active on our network as we do not have IP cameras. Secondly, 4444 is a very common metasploit port which is also concerning. On the sky hub web portal, I cannot firewall off specific ports and are rather prompted to choose from a list of predetermined ports and services to block. As I am out of ideas, could anyone shed any light on the use of these services? Perhaps they are required for keeping the router up to date?

Cheers,
