I have just moved out of my property because of renovation. Can I stop my services for 3 months as I am not using the tv or broadband? If not I will have to cancel my contract

Short answer is no, Sky won't pause or suspend an account for 3 months, you either would have to cancel and resign, or continue paying.

Cancelling will require giving 14 days notice (and you returning loaned equipment). Remember that if you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges so it may turn out more expensive than just paying as normal.
