You can call Sky Customer Services (not an engineer) free by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

Sky seem to have gotten wise to this, when I select need more help is just opens a blank page https://www.sky.com/help/home.
Why are they so bad at customer services? I get the need to automated virtual assistants but when these and the online guides don't work it should be easy to contack a human agent!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@marko1988 Sky have several thousand customer service agents taking calls from 8am to 9pm 365 days a year. If you call in and dont accept offers of texts etc from the bot you should be put through but with in excess of 11 million UK customers the wait times can be quite long.

Understand that, so they should either invest in improving the virtual agent service or employ more people in their contact centres. With 11+ million subscribers in the UK, I'm sure their profit margin can take the hit and they would still be making big numbers.

That link works for me and clicking on the 'need more help' provides the usual 0333 number for UK customers.
