Yeah as @cookiemonsteruk has said, if you tried to log a fault Openreach would probably just reject the fault and tell you to move to FTTP.

So what should I do to avoid the costs of terminating the contract in order to change my Internet provider?

They called me several times but only about SKY TV, I asked about Fullfibre but received no help.

As far i as i can remember if you are in contract and upgrade that contract continues , out of contract you start a new 2 year contract 👍

That's understandable, but I don't have the best experience with SKY, sorry, as I wrote earlier I didn't get help regarding fullfibra, although they called me. I'll contact SKY with the link you provided and see what I can do, thanks again

It could be that fttp is newly deployed and skys database hasn't caught up 

 

Is the upgrade showing on your my sky app.? In my opinion its always best to call anyway

Early termination charges can be avoided if a claim is made against the Sky Speed Guarantee and Sky subsequently fails to get Openreach to bring the data rate back up above the quoted Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed.  This also gets you a one month refund of the broadband subscription.
