Super slow broadband speed

My broadband speed has dropped to next to nothing. I'm supposed to get 500mbps . I'm only getting around 40mbps.thus gas been goingbon  now for a couple of weeks. I'm far from happy. Any device is struggling to load anything.

Same here. Run the sky app and say all ok. Run an independent app and got the following results. DOWNLOAD 13.16 Mbps UPLOAD 25.77 Mbps
