My super fast broadband is slow , but sky indicates it's all ok ? My messenger app and what's app won't send messages it just keeps going round and around saying connecting and trying to get online on a website on my I pad and I phone is slow too ! I've tried resetting my phone , deleting apps and re-download them . Nothing ! Still the same , also scrabble app won't connect it's just froze ! Again I've tried all the things you do when this happens but no improvement can anyone help me please ?
