Super fast Broadband is very slow

Average mb/s has nosedived from over 20 to 3 in the last few days. This is impacting my ability to work from home and streaming on all devices. 

The Service Checker advises there is an issue, and says 'Let's fix it!' but then contradicts itself and says nothing is wrong after running those tests. 

Can absolutely assure you that something is wrong. Can this please be escalated to someone who can fix it.

@LauRid you are notvtalking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sounds like a line issue if tge service checker is finding a fault. Inthink you need to report the issuue to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
