Struggling with wi-fi connection upstairs.

Since we had fibre optic  installed, we're struggling with wi-fi connection upstairs in our bedrooms. We did not have any issues previously.

Hi - I am having similar issues and plug in and download speeds are terrible and make watching things impossible
