@Alex219 to stream video you need a strong stable wifi signal if tge puck wont connect using the on screen instructions it is likely to be because of poor wifi signal. However if you have another TV set try networking the problem puck while connected to that and then once conected move it back to the kitchen to see if it is a signal level issue.. If it is you may a booster or extender to improve the WiFi signal to be able to stream video in the kitchen assuming running a ethernet cable is impractical.
