I had my Sky TV installed on the 7th September, I have still not received my sky router. Today openrech finished the install of the cable. But where is the box and why do I have to wait until the 9th November for it to be delivered?

The 9th is the hub delivery date and the 11th november is when an engineer will come to install.
I've been sent emails saying my Sky broadband is complete but it's not??

They have done both. New cables outside and fitted an ONT inside.
Just waiting on the Sky Hub delivery...
