Still waiting on broadband router

I had my Sky TV installed on the 7th September, I have still not received my sky router. Today openrech finished the install of the cable. But where is the box and why do I have to wait until the 9th November for it to be delivered?

@Zem87  Is that your activation date for your broadband?

The 9th is the hub delivery date and the 11th november is when an engineer will come to install. 

I've been sent emails saying my Sky broadband is complete but it's not??

@Zem87Was the work that open reach done, was this all outside work or was this inside work that they did?

They have done both. New cables outside and fitted an ONT inside. 

Just waiting on the Sky Hub delivery...

@Zem87Seems that it is all that you are waiting for and your router with your activation date around your activation date.
