Still no broadband since moving home start July
I moved home early July - Sky tv set up but O/reach called and advised needed to lay fibre - need to find out where this is upto please - impossible to speak to anybody who can update me and been told all day that nobody available for Live Chat

No one reading this forum can advise on a specific order.
If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable and may show where a delay is most likely.

My issue , as I pointed out, is that I can't get in touch with Sky- I am repeatedly told they won't discuss this with me over the phone and have to use Live Chat and for the whole of Thu 8 Aug, I was told an advisor on Chat wasn't available and use Community forum so please don't start telling me you can't focus on " individual orders" - utterly useless situation I just want somebody in Sky to tell be when I willl have broadband at my new address which is patently is beyond the ability of Sky to do so
