Still having problems with my internet after two visits from Sky

After having two visits from sky technicians, and a new router, I'm still having extremely regular dropouts with connection, I need another visit as this is costing me money for my online business, also, because I've had low speeds for two weeks, they have said I can have compensation, but there's it links for it , spoke to someone , then the phone cut off from their end... I'm really unhappy

@BigGary1 If the speeds have been consistently lower than guaranteed for a certain period you can do more than get compensation, you can terminate the contract without penalty. You'll need to look into the exact qualification period.

 

In my case Sky emailed me after my speeds had been lower than promised and advised me I had the right to terminate my contract. Sky are easily the worst broadband provider I have had over the years, just beating BT to the wooden spoon!
