Still having problems with my Wi-Fi and can not get any channels on my tv

Hi I've gone through the test with Wi-Fi problems and according to your info it's all working fine. But I can still not get Wi-Fi on my phone and none of the apps on my tv will work as no internet connection

@Tiffany47 whats happening when you try to connect your phone or TV apps to the router do you get any messages

what lights are on, on your router
