Started new 10Gb data SIM, but it is not working.

I have just received a new Macbook (which is working fine), but with the deal, i got a 10Gb SIM and a TP Link router. However, after activating the SIM as directed, it is showing activated in my Sky app, but i can't access a wifi connection through the TP LINK router, i have trouble shooted the router, but its just not connecting. The [removed] AI bot used by Sky isn't giving me anything helpful and not putting me through to a customer service rep/ engineer. Anyone have any ideas?

This sounds like a Sky mobile query rather than a Sky Broadband query?

I have raised it with them and they have raised it further with the technician team, there could be an issue with the TP Link dongle.
