For the last few weeks I have been having trouble using Spotify and other apps like vinted on 3 different android devices and games and apps like YouTube and Minecraft( can't connect to friends) on my daughter's iPad. If we use 4g on our devices everything works fine.
I also have a work colleague that is also having these issues and she is also with sky. We also both have issues on our works laptops with some programs using internet when working from home but if we connect to a 4g hotspot on our phones it's fine.
I assume this is a sky broadband problem as it works fine on the same devices on 4g or at someone else's house using a different isp.
Everything has worked fine up until about a month ago.
Is anyone else facing these issues and is there a fix
