Splitting Wi-Fi network failing

So I have just got a new hub and I need to split out my Wi-Fi to 2.4 & 5 in order to connect some of my devices.
however when I have followed the steps online as soon as it asks me to log in, it comes up with an error message about it not being private and pops the box back up to continuously log in.

if I press cancel to remove the box it says I'm unauthorised and gives me the 404 error page.

any help would be appreciated. I have also tried on chrome and safari and reset my hub but neither worked.

@Jasmi

The error can be ignored as you are accessing the hub from within your local area network

Re: error 404 what device are you using  ie iphone etc?

Can you use chrome on an etherneted device?

Use the following login:-

Username     admin

Password       sky or wifi password

If that all fails press and hold down the reset button on the back of the hub for 20 seconds and try again

Re: Splitting Wi-Fi network failing

I just tried the admin username and sky password l, but as soon as I try to x out or cancel the pop up again it gives me the error of being unauthorised- 401 not 404 sorry!

I will try admin and then my Wi-Fi password now.

I am on a MacBook but no Ethernet port annoyingly

Re: Splitting Wi-Fi network failing

Tried all variations of 'admin', my Wi-Fi password, my Wi-Fi username and password, admin and password as sky. It doesn't seem to be happy to let me in with any of them. I have reset the hub already this morning trying to do this but just wants me to log in constantly with the pop up rather than allowing me access to the Wi-Fi settings
