Speeds keep dropping last few months

I've had sky broadband for some years mostly without any problems. But the last 3-4 months I've noticed speeds dropping randomly, from my usual 60mb ish to a low 20mb. Not all the time, but enough that it's mildly annoying. Of course having just switched to a Sky Glass TV last week it's suddenly much more noticeable, as stuff I used to series record & binge is all now streamed. Watching that little circle go around at 0% is annoyingly frustrating 🙃 I've tried the sky line test & of course it says everything is absolutely fine. I use an app called meteor to check WiFi speeds and & it's definitely catching the (to me) slow 20mb which is noticeable difference from 60 odd. My sky WiFi router is on a wall shelf in the centre of the room above the sofa, completely clear of any obstacles or other electrical items, & has clear line of sight to the Glass TV about 10ft away - it's a small lounge! I've managed to get a screenshot of my hub stats, can anyone help please? Or do I need to call sky? Thank you 🙏

@Sephrenia

Your router stats show your router is connected at 75mbps so its odd you are only seeing 20mbps. Is this over WiFi or ethernet? Can you try rebooting your router?
