Hello,
I have a guaranteed speed of 45Mbs and the service check reported 38-42Mbs over the last 30 days. In addition, the wifi reception in some room (900sqm flat) is limited. The Service check indicate a low speed to hub and some wifi issue.
I tried to unplugged the router several time but did not improve the condition.
Please find below the statistics from the router.
Any idea to reach a higher speed?
Thank you

@ThomasFR avoid unplugging to hub as that can lower the speeds further as the cabinet equipment will consider each rebootvas a connection fault. If you haven't already done so log into the Service Checker in the My Sky app and click on the broadband link as thst will show the speed history for the last few weeks which may activate the speed guarantee see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-speed-guarantee
The app may offer to book an engineer to check your line or you can call Sky and request that yourself. However as you will see from that link it may cause Sky to simply offer to release you from contract. This is because Openreach simply wont do thecwork to improve under performing copper phone lines which are due to be replaced by full fibre in a few years.
That means while you can leave Sky you will get the same speeds from any other isp using the same line no matter what they promise up front. If you have access to a different network like Virgin Media or can use mobile internet being released from contract is useful otherwise its pretty unhelpful..

Re: Speed to router lower than guaranteed
Hello @Chrisee , thank you for your answer.
Well noted for the unplugging.
I did use the service checker and the only proposition I received was to release the contract. As you mentioned, I am not expecting a better service by another provider. I will try again and see if it triggers the proposition to have a technician looking at the line, otherwise I may call, but do not expect much.
Thank you for your help.
