Speed test for Sky now says EE and our service is restricted have to use 4G

Hi ive been with sky around a 10 months on the 500mb package. I get good speeds around 400mb i had no issues. When i did speed tests it always said from SKY. How ever about a month ago i did a speed test and it says from EE (while conected to wifi) and no longer sky anymore, the speeds were still fast and about 400mb.

However Emails on or phones stopped coming through and web sites stopped loading unless we use our 4g on our mobiles phones etc the youtube apps and netflix etc dont always work on tv unless we turn the tv off and back on to get thyem to load. This all seems to be since its switched over to EE. I have checked my broadband sheild and its still set at 18 years so shouldnt be restricting anything but it seems like i am somehow Its a bit off a pain having to keep turning wifi off on phones etc and turning tvs off and on to get them to work.

any help would be great.

Hi @Badobsess1on 

That doesnt seem right at all. Have you tried unplugging the router for 30mins to fetch a new public IP?
