Speed of Broadband

Netflix and prime keep pixilating and buffering- can the speed of the broadband please be checked as we have recently installed fast speed fibre with you

I am 2 weeks into a new contract and the internet speed has not increased. It should have gone from 37mps to a minimum of 50.7mps. Can you please help?
