Sons ps5 keeps freezing on new wifi

I have just swapped to sky full fibre giga fast and WiFi max and my sons gaming PC is running slow he said Internet speed is shocking, the router is in the room under his bedroom any advice greatly appreciated, thanks

It is wireless his ps5 is running slow too that's also wireless 🫣 feel like i may of made a big mistake swapping broadband ... there was no issues with virgin other than the price 🫣🤣

@Mumofboys15108 That is the nature of a swap on provider, as you have the Sky Max system have linked the information from the help that you need, to get the assisted wi-fi booster, and it is up to you and sky to discuss if you can get it earlier than there normal wait/see policy. It will more than likely be down to POOR wireless performance from the Sky Max Router, only way to find out, get the PS5 down stairs and try wireless connect and as always prefered for gaming WIRED by ethernet.
