Somebody has turned my wifi off on a booting website.

My friend was messing around with someone's products online, and blamed it on me. The service owner got upset and grabbed my details from a DISCORD BOT I had linked to my account. My wifi and my booster no longer work and was told to wait 24 hours and it would be fine. I currently have 2 little sisters and my parents are upset, is there any way to fix this issue before the supposed 24 hours is over or do I have to wait.

@DRXWN an external site cannot have turned off a wifi connection it is technically impossible. Al they could do is black list your IP,address from their site and possibly file an abuse report about your activity to Sky who msy have taken enforcement action but before doing that I would expect that they would contact the account holdet. The only other option  I can think of is the police are involved if they think a crime was committed.

However those are unlikely scenarios unless you know differently. The best thing to do is for the account holder to call Sky and report the fault as the two issues can well be unconnected.
