I am new to sky. Just got the broadband moved to sky yesterday. I am struggling to connect to solaxcloud app and website when connected to WiFi. If I disable the WiFi, it seems to be working fine. I am thinking may be somewhere ad filtering etc is taking it out. Can anyone please advise how can I put this in the whitelist/exception list etc?

@MPSolihull having no issue with loading solax solar's global site and also the Uk site so for example https://uk.solaxpower.com/solar-products-used-residential/ loads without issue. Sky only block sites if they fall into certain categories for parental control which are filtered by the Broadband Shield which customers can control the age setting or turn off if required settings are in the My Sky app and website. Solar energy sites should not be affected.

@MPSolihull Logon to your account and check and adjust the Broadband Shield incase it is stopping yor app from connecting, does take 24-48 hours to filter through and work. If you cannot adjust call sky and they can do it for you.

Sorry, should have been more explicit. I can launch the website, but login times out or navigating between apps times out. Same thing works perfectly fine if I use mobile hotspot.
