So my sky fibre stopped working 17 june and openreach (it os a LOS fibre issue)

Went down 17 june (LOS red light of death). Took 3 calls before engineer visit (openreach) and despite brong flagged as urgent,  the job (external overhead cable repair) is not booked in until 9th july

 

until then (if indeed it gets sorted then)  i have no wifi, no sky q no multiroom and no on demand

 

am i still being charged and what compensation sm i getting??

@Sauron1970 you will still be being charged but are due compensation as described here Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

As the link explains compensation is calculated and credited to your account once the line is back working.
