So fed up of losing connection with our internet.

The speed checks are showing that the broadband and Wi-Fi is working to normal speeds. Over the last 8 weeks the internet drops all of the time. I've reset, moved the router on the top of the cabinet away from phones etc but nothing has made a difference.
I've followed all the instructions on the help pages and I've even had an expert come round to check everything is plugged in properly. The service is shocking and not fit for purpose. My son is currently studying and it's preventing him from being able to submit assignments.

@SophieMayMum Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I can't get into the maintenance heading, it's not accepting my password, I've also reset box to factory settings and tried the Admin as username and Sky as password as suggested.

@SophieMayMum Which speed checks are we talking about, as the Sky one checks the line speed to your property, which will always be different to what you get on your end devices. I suspect it is more Wi-Fi problems you're experiencing rather than actual broadband speed problems.

What speeds are you supposed to be getting/what speed does the Sky checker say and what are you getting on your devices?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Zen Superfast (FTTC), Fritzbox 7530, Sky Q 2TB UHD v3 (x1), Sky Q Mini (x2), Alienware Area 51-M, Panasonic TX-65HZ1000B, Denon AVR-X6300H, B&W CM8 S2, B&W CM1 S2 (x2), B&W CM Centre S2, REL S3 SHO (x2), Panasonic TX-P42G30B, Monitor Audio RS6, Marantz PM7001 KI, Denon HEOS 1 HS2 (x2), B&W P7, iPad Pro 12.9" (5th Gen), iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPad Mini 6 (work)

** No - I have nothing to do with Sky **

Re: So fed up of losing connection with our internet.

I think you are probably right, how do I check this? It's taken 10 mins to actually get into this post as Wi-Fi keeps dropping!
What makes it worse is the fact we have practically zero coverage in this area for our mobile so can't even rely on using my data!
