Smart lights

Hi I have bought a range of CALEX smart lighting from Tescos

I can't get it to connect to my router

I have spoken to Sky and they seem totally unhelpful and don't know how to resolve it and I have tried looking for help everywhere!

i know it needs to be on a 2.4 which I don't seem to even be able to get that option up and there is no way of changing this ?!

any suggestions? There must be a way

Please could anyone help?

@Sharley222

Providing you have a dual band sky hub er115 or sr203 (the old sr102 is 2.4ghz only so i guess you don't have that one) you should be able to seperate the wifi bands as shown below

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610

And allocate the lights to the original ssid which is now 2.4ghz

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up
