Hi I am not getting the right speed I should get a minimum of 400 mb but I'm getting around 70mb

@Nategray1 how sre you measuring speeds? If you are uusing a device connected by wifi you are probably only measuring the wifi speeds. The only reliable speed tests are on a device connected by an ethernet cable. There are a few instances when Sky dont provide the correct speed but wifi issues are far more common so have to be excluded.

I am getting the correct internet speed when using desktop pc, around 55mbps but only 5mbps on android phone.

That doesnt make much sense.

In your first post you said you should be getting 400mbps. But now you are saying that your desktop is getting 55mbps which is the correct speed. Which is it? 55mbps or 400?

That's quite possible. My 500Mbs BT FTTP 'tests' as 400Mbs+ on a laptop and 30Mbs on my phone.
