Slow wifi speeds after speed test

Pretty sure I pay for the highest broadband speeds I can get in my area and I'm literally struggling to get 10 mbps download when really should be around 350-400

The guarantee is over ethernet, not WiFi. Have you been through the WiFi troubleshooting steps to change your WiFi channel etc.
