Really frustrating as two of us WFH and wifi has been terribly slow some evenings and now throughout the day. We've tried resetting, shutting down some devices etc but nothing is working. What else can I do?!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@orchidohkid you appear to be on a full fibre connection so the issue is probably due to poor wifi in your home. You appear to have at least one device connected by ethernet if that allows run a speed test on thst device which should give speeds around 90% of the download speed you are buying assuming nothing else is using the link. Repeat this over wifi and if it is slower the issue is poor wifi signal.
A single isp provided hub is often unable to provide reliable fast wifi through out a modern home which is why there is a substantial market in third party wifi systems. I am using a kit of three TP-Link Deco M4 units to provide wifi coverage through out a three level home. That provides 500Mb/s in my main living area dropping to 150Mb/s in the most distant bedroom. This set up cost me under £100 there are loads of options out there.

Thank you @Chrisee, actually I don't have anything connected via ethernet, might just be the loose cable my partner left as they tested their laptop earlier and it didn't speed the device up (works upstairs, while I'm across the hallway from the device with a clear view and path of it). I'm not tech savvy though would be happy to look at boosters for better wifi throughout the house - noddy question, is it easy to set up?
But as a directly connected device didn't fare better I'm thinking it might be the connection itself, on most days it works perfectly fine but we get periods of slownesses that last absolutely days.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@orchidohkid its possible its the connection but it is pretty unusual as fibre delivers what you buy. To convince Sky you will need to run a test on a wired device with a gigabit ethernet port with as little else as possible connected. As I said you should see speeds of near 150Mb/s on Ultrafast, near 500Mb/s on Ultrafast+ and 900Mb/s on Gigafast. If it is a lot slower turn off your hub for an hour and reconnect as it might recover otherwise call Sky.
Setting a third party system wifi is pretty simple most have an app which does most of the work for you. The most fiddly part is turning off the Sky hubs wifi.
