Slow wi-fi speed and extra wi-fi cover is poor.

Today I have completed a online shopping request and found this difficult. When operating my mobile I expected fast and instant action when using the keyboard. This unfortunately was not the case. I believe my speed to be at 139mb/sec when I looked within the last 30 minutes. I have also observed difficulty with wi-fi cover in the area of my back garden. This area is approximately 4 metres square at the rear of the property from the rear exit point. Can you assist please.

The speed of your broadband has no affect on the speed of your mobile phones keyboard, so either your phone needs replacing with a newer model or you are describing the problem incorrectly. 

What phone model do you have?

What speed do you get if you run a speed test on your mobile? Note that this test should be done on something like speedtest.net, not the Sky app/site.

Sky nor any ISP will assist or guarantee WiFi coverage in your garden so you'd need to solve this issue yourself using 3rd party options.
