Slow upload speed on devices but speed test shows fast speeds, downloads are fine

Hi there, 

 

Since Thursday I've noticed that my upload speed has been shot. The speed tests show my download/upload speeds as normal but in practice the uploads are taking forever. It takes ten minutes to upload a 10mb file. I bought a wifi adapter but it didn't fix anything, I reset the router to factory settings etc. 

 

Any ideas? I need it for work.

Have you tried other sites to see if its just an issue with the site you are trying to upload to?
