Commissioned my sky broadband on 20/3 and all was fine until 23/3 when speeds dropped off dramatically and at some points non existent. Now unable to test speed due to poor connectivity. All lights on both boxes are green as they were at the start but this service has now become unusable. Please advise what I can do.
