Slow speeds

Speeds of around 88 average for weeks now. Meant to be minimum 100. Doesn't affect us too much but it's still a service we are paying for but not getting. We live in a rural town so options are limited so can't just easily change supplier. Any ideas? Nothing we do had changed and the speeds used to be way higher on a daily basis
