Slow speeds over the last few weeks

Over the last few weeks our BB speed has noticably dropped by half, as you can see from Skys own checker.

they are putting in new FTTP around the area and suspect they have altered something, has sky got a min speed commitment?

 

what are my options as if they cant resolve then i will be moving on to a different company....yes one of the ones that offer FTTP

hi,

 

i have the black Router and have spoken with Sky.

they belive its something to do with thier equipment outside of my property which i thought to be the case.

 

the min speed guarantee is in force and the telephone guy confirmed this...i didnt have to ask!

also i recieved an email saying due to the issue i can leave for another provider whilst still on contract..for free.

 

could be a good time to go FTTP @ 900mbs for less money than i am paying now ?

 

hopefully all will be fixed by lunchtime Monday...
