Slow speeds for 1 month

Average speed to my hub for last 30 days has been 6.9 Mb/s as reported by Sky's speed checker: not what I expected from a new contract. There is a "known problem" but no indication of what, where or how long it is going to last. Any suggestions on how to raise this issue?

@Roadway As you say there is a known problem, you know hopefully sky know also, and they are the only ones who can say what where when, so really you just need to call to find out what is going on and anything that is planned to address the issue if anything at all! If your area is in the midst of a Full Fibre upgrade program from OR then it might just be getting put back on a priority non urgent! You have BB although not the speed but as you dont say what is the norm or the expected 6.9Mb/s is not that far away from the compliance min!

Thanks Jim, speed should be 64 Mb/s and all the call centre would say is that they are aware of a problem. In the immortal words of Torah Willcox, "It's a mystery"
