We were having slow speeds for a couple of days, so BT came out and checked the line but found the fault was with the socket, which was replaced and left saying it's back up 40mbp but returning back from work I've checked the speed via the my sky app and still only working from about 5.6mbps - 5.8 mbps as you can see I have a guaranteed speed of 23mbps and not getting anywhere near that at the moment hope you can help

@Haycock27 If this is just a quite recent repair it does take 24hrs before you will see the speed return to the previous or normal that you consider, even when you look at the settings on sky or the router.
