Slow or no internet signal on my device can’t reach parts of the house and I’m paying for boost sign

No internet in garden never had a problem with virgin reaching the summer house so I can watch films but with sky no signal at all lm  lucky if I get 2 bars in my bedroom that's above the sky box shocking considering cancelling my subscription and going back to virgin media unless my booster starts working or you send me something to pick the signal up in the garden

@Keviff dont know of any isp that guarantees a wifi signal in the garden. WiFi signal depends on the layout and type of construction of your home and given external walls are usually double thickness the best solution is to place an extender near a window over looking the garden. 

 

Sky only supply extrnders to customers who pay for Sky WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max if you do give them a call but note the terms of the WiFi guarantee.if you are in the firstv31 days of your contract you can cancel at no charge beyond that you will be charged unlesss Sky release you from contract which thry are unlikely to do for a complainr aboutvwifi coveragecoutside your home.
