Had very slow or no internet, engineer came and recommended replacing the hub, still not exchanged. Having the same problem.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@fatbloke69 did you contact Sky and ask for a replacement hub? Often Openreach engineers suggest thst as a way of getting away from a call when they have not found a fault. Sometimes you do need a new hub but often you dont. However Sky wont send out anything unless you contact them.
