Slow internet speeds to Hub for past week

My internet speed has dropped from 37.5megs to 8megs speed in the Hardwicke area of Gloucester.  Online test show it is slow speeds to my Hub, but sky not showing a fault on the line.  I'm guaranteed 26meg speeds but am way short of that.  Surely there must be some sort of line fault for it to drop so much?  Why are sky not turning out an engineer and what can I do about it?   Many thanks.   Keith

Yes I've done that.  My speed dropped  from 37 megs, that I've always had, to less than 8 megs since Christmas Eve.   Sky have activated the guarantee, but are saying they can't do anything to get the speed back, so I can leave without penalties  If they can't fix it, it will have to  leave and look elsewhere.
