Slow internet speeds during evenings

I've been a sky customer for about a year. My 1GB internet plan works extremely well during the day.

However for the last week, at around 7:30 PM every night the internet basically unusable with incredibly slow download speeds.

I've already reset my modem as well as setting my router channel from auto, to 1, to 6 and then to 11.

Surely by not providing the speeds agreed is a breach of contract.

Can someone help?

I've been getting the same issue the last two days, from 7:30pm to like 10:00pm it becomes unusable, not only does my download drop to 10mb from 1gbp but my latency goes to over 1000 ping so it's even more unusable
