Slow internet and showing no connected device s

Broadband is slow, independent speed checkers is showing 6mb download; apps like YouTube buffering and websites including sky's app slow to load

@Adam2015 Do you have anything that is connected to the Ethernet.? Is it also possible to speed test with an Ethernet connected device, also which hub and package do you have?
