I am a new sky customer and have had broadband for a week. I am guaranteed 33mbs minimum but have had consistent 22mbs for the first week. I know Sky say you have to wait at least 10 days before contacting them but I know this is just corporate **bleep** so you leave them alone.
Is there any likely hood this will ever get faster?
Is it better off going with someone else?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MJSTO your speeds are below the guarantee so you should report them to Sky but given the 10 day prriod you msy find they wont take action as yet. The noise margins do not look that high so there isnt an obvious line fault on what is a pretty long line. Dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line gives you a free call.

@Chrisee Thank you for the response. I'll give them a call as soon as the 10 days is reached!
