Slow green light but checker says all is ok

So have no broadband and hub is permanently on slow green flashing light. When I run the broadband / WiFi checker it says all is ok and there are no issues. Have gone through all of the help stuff online and waiting for an engineer appointment but anyone got any suggestions?

Slow green on the router indicates the router has authenticated and should turn white.  When is/was activation
