Slow download speed to devices

We have SKY suoperfast , braodband boost and SKY Q but in the last 3 days have been experincing very slow download to our devices to the extent that we have reverted to using our mobile data. Have tried resetting router and switching off and on but no improvement .

One may have a line fault with the Sky App one can perform a line test and see if it is faulty and book an engineer if so.

 

Otherwise, the community would need a post of the router stats a post at the top of the forum explaining how to post these to the forum. This will assist community members to understand what's going on with the slow broadband.
