Slow download speed. Download speed is varying between 13-23Mbs

Our speed today has been approximately 13Mbps and only reached 23 this evening. I've done the Sky broadband and WiFi test and everything says it's fine but several different speed tests are saying otherwise.

Mine has been very slow tonight. Tests say everything looks good. But I'm only getting 21Mbps

Just done my speed check, got just over 3 mbs when paying for 450 mbs. Can't do anything about it as 'everything looks fine' on the mysky check. Does it constantly since having fibre installed. I'd go to say I had better service/signal when I had 64 mbs on old router.
