Your router stats do suggest you are getting the 40mbps Sky say you are getting. How are you testing your speed?

Hi @jamesn123 , using speedtest.net across multiple devices.

Find out more@Kenton2811 when running spedd tests are you confident nothing else is using the connection - devices can use bandwidth to update etc when not in use - and you are testing over a direct. Ethernet cable from the router to the device?. With a sync of 40Mmb/s you should see speed tests of around 36Mb/s when tested in those conditions.

@Chrisee wifi turned off, and only my PC was connected via CAT6e cable, so i'v fairly confident in the speeds. Also checked to make sure that my PC wasn't downloading anything at the time

You need to report it to Sky so I am escalating your post to a Sky team who should be in touch to offer a chat session through the forum where a hat button will apoear but I expect they will be pretty confused as throttling of connections over copper to tge extent you report and virtually unknown

This may sound stupid but do you have the router plugged into a extension cable? I had this same problem and plugged my router into a socket dirtectly and it sorted this problem for me.. Crazy i know!
