Slow broadband speeds for months
I'm currently on Sky Fibre Unlimited that was meant to come with speeds of 36Mbps. However for months now my speeds are down at around 16 Mbps. My speed to the hub is showing 16 Mbps so it isn't the hub. An engineer came around to sort it this morning and replaced a few sockets. He left saying that it was up at 40 Mbps. However, my speeds haven't changed. They're still down at 16 and still showing a line to the hub speed of 16. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I do next? I'm looking at upgrading my box to Skyq or even Sky glass but, I'm reluctant to do anything until I get the broadband speed back to where it should be. Thanks 👍🏻

After a fault fix it will take around 24-48hrs for your throughput to come back up

Re: Slow broadband speeds for months
Thanks. I'll hang on for a couple of days to see if my speed does pick back up.
